Who We Are

The WYM Group was founded in early spring 2015 by Michelle Wong. Construction expansion was Co-Founded by Dwain Williams in 2019.

We are focused on developing affordable and solar efficient homes for home buyers. Our company’s goal is to help investors invest on their terms and buyers afford the homes of their dreams. It is important to us that we can all work together as a group and help each other achieve our goals.

We believe that all investors should have their money work for them. We also believe that anyone, whether they are beginners or experienced investors, should be entitled to invest in Real Estate.

We work on construction projects and oversee construction. We have in house contractors that assist with the construction project.

We work closely with green and Eco- friendly materials. We are conscious of being sustainable with the projects we have.

INTERIOR DEMOLITION

We perform Interior guts, selective demolition, debris removal and demolition in occupied spaces. We work with both Commercial and Residential buildings.

Renovation

We also work on renovation projects with existing properties and bring the properties up to date.

Investing

We help individuals or groups in investing in a particular property we have available in our in house inventory or invest in a project we have.

Masonry & demolition

With Explosives for commercial buildings.
